RELEAF POLICIES

Essential information to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients at Releaf Massage Therapy.

Releaf Appointment policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please review our following cancellation policy:

When cancelling an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If using a gift certificate and proper notice is not received, the certificate will be considered redeemed.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Returned Checks

If a check is returned for any reason, a fee of $35 is applied, and the client is no longer able to use this payment option.

New Guest policies & Questions

Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure adequate time for the intake form and consultation.

To reduce wait time, please download, print and fill out these two forms: Office Policy and Client Intake Form.

The health history form is used to establish current physical, structural and any possible underlying emotional issues (typically stress, in turn affecting the physical body).

Please understand that late guests will receive the time remaining for your service and full charges will apply. To maintain our relaxing and peaceful environment, please remember to turn phone to silent or vibrate.

Attire

During treatments you will be properly draped at all times. Since your privacy is respected, you can undress to your comfort level.

Your comfort is of the utmost importance. Please notify us of your preferences of room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, and any other request you may have.

Reservations/Cancellations

To avoid a full service charge, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

Gratuities

Gratuity is not required, however much appreciated. 20% is customary.

Parking

Parking lot is accessible from Chocolate Ave.

    No, appointments are required.

  • Do I need to arrive early?

New clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early.
